Our German Sausage People modified the original Kransky recipe to today’s standards. In this product, we have diluted the very hearty and rustic flavour by changing some of the ingredients. We omitted the Caraway seeds and replaced them with lots and lots of Tasty Cheddar Cheese. The Cheese Kransky is a wicked Sausage for epicures. An indescribable Sausage experience. Cooked on the BBQ or in the frypan or also simmered. Put in boiling water, turn the heat off – and wait 10 minutes. There are approx. 10 sausages in a kilo.

Nice flavours with a little background spice. Cheese held up well in cooking. I liked the natural casing.
I usually put sauce on my sausages but these needed nothing.
