Due to unprecedented demand, current alert level 4 conditions, and the expected shipping delays as we move to alert level 3, we have had to make a temporary change in our delivery schedule.
For all orders placed up to and including Saturday 28 August, it may take an additional few days to process and ship your orders.
For all orders placed on Sunday 29 August onwards, we will process and ship your orders from Monday 6 September. If you have placed an order after this date, and wish to receive a full refund, please reach out to us and we’ll happily process this for you. Please note, this excludes any orders for delivery in and around the greater Tauranga, Mount Maunganui or Papamoa area, as we can service these directly.
We expect significant shipping delays as the majority of the nation's freight starts to move again under level 3 conditions. Due to the nature of our products, we would hate for your order to be collected from the store, only to be delayed in transit. These changes will help to mitigate this and ensure that your order is delivered fresh.
We expect all services to be back to normal from Monday 6 September.
