Blackforest Salami is made of 80% beef and 20% pork. Red wine and garlic beside many other quality spices make it definitely our most popular salami. Blackforest Salami also comes in small logs (fresh weight 400 grams), for a discounted price at $ 9.00. Be aware: Salami is subject to weight loss. The water content of the meat dries away, but the quality ingredients stay the same. Many people dry their salamis in the attic or in another dry area as drying them will increase the flavors.

Italian Pepperoni

The Italian Pepperoni is made of 80% pork and 20% beef. This Salami is very Coarse grained, very lean and medium spicy. Cracked black pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika and Garlic - just to name a few of our spices. The aroma of "Roaring Forties" Brandy makes our Italian Pepperoni unforgettable.

Cabanossi is a very firm, cooked Salami Sausage produced from finely chopped New Zealand pork and beef. Its taste is dominated by rustic spices like black pepper, paprika and garlic. The Cabanossi is a dry Sausage that can be stored even without refrigeration for a few days. That makes our Cabanossi the ideal food for trampers, campers, backpackers, hunters, fishermen and other adventurous people. No one really knows where the original Cabanossi comes from.
