Deli LiverwurstThe Deli Liverwurst is made of pure pork with a maximum of 20% pork liver
to avoid bitterness. Natural Vanilla and fresh cream combined with
assorted spices make it a delicious pate for your sandwich, toast or
crackers.

Hausmacher LiverwurstHausmacher means home made. Chunky meat and liver pieces, the right amount
of marjoram and toasted onions give it the incomparable taste. On
crackers, toast or sandwiches, this pate is an exceptional treat. The
sausage maker loves it on a German Bretzel.

ZwiebelmettwurstZwiebelmettwurst is a very tasty paté type pork product. It is raw
cured meat like Salami- but not smoked and still spread able. Onions give
it a unique, different flavor from the other Mettwurst available. Goes
well on toast or crackers, but can be used anywhere that calls for a
spread able paté.

Mettwurst, coarseThe coarse Mettwurst is a soft Salami made of pork. It comes in a horseshoe
shaped ring and has that overnight smoke like all our Beersticks and
Salamis. The smoky flavor combines very well with our selection of fine
spices. The Mettwurst is suitable for most recipes that call for a soft
salami, but is also exceptional on sandwiches or for crackers &
cheese.

The fine Mettwurst is very popular by breakfast meat lovers. The Teewurst
is also a pork paté - soft and spread able. A few shots of
"Roaring Forties" Rum enhance the aroma of meat and spices.
Lovely on toast, crackers or any other bread.
