FrankfurterThe Frankfurter is probably the best known German Sausage in the world.
Many try to copy- but no one come close. Only the passionate German
Sausage maker knows the centuries old traditional recipe. The Frankfurter
is also the No 1 Sausage for the globes best Hot Dog. Just put in boiling
water, turn the heat off and simmer for 7-8 min.

the heat and taste the meat. The right feeling for Cayenne Pepper and

Knackwurst and is very popular at most of the well-known German Beer fests.

SchinkenknackerThe Schinkenknacker is the big brother of our Bockwurst. This smoked pure

KranskyThe Kransky originated in Poland. The German Sausage People modified the
original very fatty recipe. Now made of lean pork and a small percentage
of beef, the Kransky is a very tasty, medium spicy sausage, powered by
garlic, cayenne pepper, caraway seeds and some other secrets. An
unforgettable Sausage experience. Cooked on the BBQ or also simmered. Put

ChickengrillerThe chickengriller is made of chicken breast. This meat on its own is very
dry when cooked. We add 10% of pork belly meat to get the toughness out of
this very lean product. A mixture of our mild secret spices makes them a
must for all BBQ and health conscious consumers. Have one from the BBQ or

Smoked BratwurstIt was the Bauernbratwurst before we left home. We renamed it for the Kiwi
tongue. The smoked Bratwurst is a mainly beef sausage containing some pork
for originality. In the German language 'Bauer' means farmer. They had
their cattle and pigs in the old days. Slaughtering one of each of those
animals every year for the family, left them no other opportunity, but
mixing both meats in one sausage. Grandmas secret spices made them what
they are. Our grandparents were farmers too. The smoked Bratwurst on your

Cheese KranskyOur German Sausage People modified the original Kransky recipe to today's
standards. In this product we have diluted the very hearty and rustic
flavour by changing some of the ingredients. We omitted the Caraway seeds
and replaced them with lots and lots of Tasty Cheddar Cheese. The
Cheese Kransky is a wicked Sausage for epicures. An indescribable

Nürnberger BratwurstSorry. We can not sell this delicacy via mail order. Pop by one of our
shops to get this one. The Nürnberger Bratwurst is a raw pure pork
sausage and like all our other products, made without any artificial
preservatives. It's shelf life is only about 5 days and it really needs to
be chilled almost all the time. The Nürnberger Bratwurst can handle
the heat only on your BBQ or in your frying pan. We proudly call them the

The GrillersYou can buy those ones as Tauranga Griller , Albany Griller, or Papamoa
Griller. It depends only on the location of our shops. All three are
identical. The original was created by our mentor, former instructor and
very good friend Erwin Schoelkopf, from Neckartenzlingen, Germany. He
named his creation "Denzlinger Griller". We have got the
copyright for free and turned those Grillers into one of the most wanted
BBQ specialities. Sorry again! The Grillers are not suitable for mail
