Bierschinken [a]The best-seller in our Aufschnittwurst range. Its meaty look makes it very
special. Large chunks of lean pork is a feast for your eyes. The
Bierschinken is very popular for platters. Sorry - it does not contain
beer, however always goes well with a glass of your favourite beer.

Lyoner [a]This is our first challenge to describe the Queen of our Aufschnittwurst
assortment without using the word Luncheon. Lyoner is made of pure pork,
with a selection of fine spices. Every child that comes in our shop gets a
slice of Lyoner. We try to get them hooked and they love it on their school
sandwiches. Lyoner is also available in pre-packed portions of about 250
grams.

Paprikalyoner [a]Lyoner was first named after the French city of Lyon. The French do not
play Rugby Very well, but they are famous for good food and lifestyle. It
looks like some smart German modified the recipe and mixed red capsicum in
the meat for more excitement.

Mushroom Lyoner [a]Same story - different inset. This time enjoy a variation of Paprikalyoner,
no capsicum, but delicious fresh mushrooms.

KräuterlyonerQuality Lyoner enriched with a combination of delicious herbs. The strength
may depend on the sausage makers mood.

Chicken LyonerThe Chickenlyoner is made of skinless chicken breast meat. This meat is the
highest quality we can get for a first class product. Chicken breast
meat on its own is very dry when cooked. We add 10% of pork belly meat and
a mixture of mild, secret spices to create a tender taste adventure for
you.

Gelbwurst207 Gelbwurst Gelbwurst got its name from the colour of its yellow
casing. Made of pork, the spices and its appearance are different,
creating a mild and tasty feast for your taste buds. The large version
can be sliced for your requirements or 250 gram portions are available
in various colourful casings, including Asterix & Obelix, clowns or
dinosaurs. Great for the kids

Schinkenwurst [a]You already know how to translate Wurst. Schinken means nothing other than
Ham. The Schinkenwurst has an inset of coarse-grained lean pork ham. There
is a little bit more kick in the spices. Not too hot, just right.

JagdwurstJagdwurst is a very lean and hearty product. Mustard seeds, a hint of
garlic and our know-how to create a very original taste.

Fleischkäse (fine)It is the No1 seller of our meatloaf range. Fine texture - fine aroma.
Great finely sliced on sandwiches, perfect in steak sized slices for BBQ
or frying pan. Goes well with fried eggs and onions.

Fleischkäse (coarse)Bavarian style coarse grained pork meat loaf. Great on sandwiches or a
taste adventure for the frying pan or the BBQ.

Pizza FleischkäseInspired by our Italian friends, we came up with something different. A
meat based Pizza. The Pizza Fleischkäse is made of pork and beef. It
contains goodies like red capsicum, mushrooms, cheese and Pizza spices.
Very tasty out of the frying pan. The melted cheese is lovely. Pizza
Fleischkäse also makes a first class sandwich.

AufschnittAufschnitt is the word for a selection of different sliced products. It
comes in 250 gram portions, these are usually pre-packed and for sale in
the cold display or made especially for you for those bigger platters.

FleischwurstA delicious combination of beef, pork and assorted spices. The Fleischwurst
comes in horse shoe shaped rings and is mildly smoked. It is also very
popular for the traditional German and Swiss Wurstsalat. A piece of
Fleischwurst, eaten cold or just heated up in simmering water makes also a
fabulous lunch or dinner.

KrakauerThe Krakauer is also known as Polish Salami. Caraway seeds give it the
authentic character. Like all our cooked Salamis, the Krakauer is ideal
for camping trips and picnics . If vacuum sealed, it will be fine for a
view days without refrigeration just in your backpack.

BierwurstThe Bierwurst is the next step in our cooked Salami range. Powered with
garlic, mustard seeds, black pepper and paprika. And again - double smoked
for stronger flavour.

Schinken SülzeHam brawn could be another name for this pork product made of very lean ham
pieces in jelly. Powered by our spices and a hint of vinegar. Goes very
nice with roasted potatoes, but not cooked together. Eaten just cold on a
sandwich is another option.

Thüringer RotwurstThe Thüringer Rotwurst is NOT made of blood. It contains a small
amount of blood for color only. Very lean pork pieces and our selection of
extra strong spices make it different. Not hot - just different.

Schwarzwurst / Black PuddingNot even our Black Pudding contains flour. That's why it melts when you fry
it. Our Black Pudding is traditionally best eaten cold. If you like warm
Black Pudding Than heat it up in the microwave and eat it on top of our
fried smoked Speck or our middle bacon. Black Pudding heated in Sauerkraut
is something really special.

FleischsalatThe Fleischsalat is made of a selection of our Aufschnitt assortment.
Finely sliced and chopped up into stripes, enriched with tiny stripes of
imported pickled gherkins (Schnitzelgurken) and blended with mayonnaise.
Some careful selected spices make the Fleischsalat a great dip, spread or
side dish.
